Um, how can a 4-year-old force a plane down? Let them cry themselves out and keep going...
Where's the damn parents in this situation? I guess they were too busy doing other things to drag their spoiled brat to the restroom, and give him a good spanking..Like my mother used to say "Stop crying, or I'll give you something to cry about"
Hmm, my parents used to say that as well, "stop crying or you'll really have something to cry about." Rest assured, if we ever misbehaved like that brat, that there would be a good spanking somewhere on the horizon. Of course, done privately and out of sight.
However, I am not surprised the plane came down. Ever since 9/11, it seems just about every little hiccup is enough to bring a plane down.
My parents would have stopped it as soon as my voice had gotten loud. I pity the kid because you know he or she is going to be more of a nightmare than he or she is already. Actually, pity the people the kid knows and will know in the future too.
Some people shouldn't ever be parents.
Wow that kid will NEVER hear the end of it growing up.
Do I dare ask where the parent was, or is it pointless?
Here's more to the story (Google it): An altercation occurred between a male passenger, complaining about slow service, and the flight attendant who was preparing the drink, according to Fox News.
The juice was reportedly requested for a crying child and the man "used profanity" and "threw the drink in an angry outburst" causing the flight attendant to feel threatened.
As one of my grad. school profs. used to say, there are 17 sides to every story.
