Wow, only at the Ivies..I'm sorry, but if you have a bunch of naked young adults around, it's going to become sexual. Someone's going to get a Boner(And no, I'm not talking about the 80's TV character) I'm sorry, but no kid is that intellectual, and if you can't have an intellectual conversation with clothes on, how much better of a chance do you have when you are staring at some girls' bush?
Makes sense. Although you can get Boner and not make Ass of Yourself or harass, I would guess. Sexual assault was the charge? I also guess the guy had it easy.
Reminds me of much easyer blackmail. I don't know whether you have seen www.savetoby.com. It is sort of funney but then it is blackmail. I guess PETA allies should have sued the guy for blackmail instead of threatening his/her arse.
Now, I just do translations at the moment; not an expert but a writer. Prof, I hope you do not mean that 'bare mitzvahs' are related to easy blackmail, please. I also hope I don't run across such lawyers/lawyerettes.
People need legal aid in different aspects of life. For instance, moving. I have to renew my lease and rent has joyfully increased. I guess New York does that to you. Or is it that the confusion is about whether I live in the Village or Chelsea?

Lease contracts, specially in New York, can be a %%%%. I believe you. If you have any problem, you should bring all the contract documentation and anything you may want to add or say to a court of law. But then, things can also be settled before getting into a troublesome trial or cross examination...
