Critics Camp Diary continued

In this installment I get placed on "personality probation." Fer re-uhl, campers.

Jeezes, how did you manage to not run away. I remember the theater critics workshop I muddled through once, which was hard, but not because of the circumstances and the dubious figures running around. It was hard because we had to work hard and picked each other's work apart line by line.

And the clashing of opinions! Man, one would think the play we'd just seen brilliant and another thought it wasn't much, so we tried to figure out why there was a difference in opinion, and if someone could possibly be more right than the other.

Nice read though. At least the critics camp gave you some inspiration. *grins*

He's asking a woman to stop projecting confidence?!?
Too much personality? Whaaaaaa?
Gosh, I wonder what would've happened if Pauline Kael had attended Critics' Camp....

Be yourself! Until we don't approve of you. Then change.

Would it have been too "much" to tell him to go eat a fart?
